What is Unified Messaging?
Unified Messaging uses an integrated messaging model, which gives employees the ability to be able to send, receive, store, and listen to voicemail messages through an e-mail application on a computer or mobile device, in addition to an office phone. It also provides one location for all e-mail, voice mail messages, and faxes to reside.

- Unified Messaging can integrate to Multiple Messaging Platforms: Octel 200, 250, 300 & 350, Nortel, Avaya, Intuity Audix, IP770 and Cisco, amongst many
